Five years of extensive professional experience as an adviser for E-Business solutions,
including that of B2B market places. Alexander Scholz studied business economics in Regensburg
and Dublin and supplemented his academic education with a course of further study at the
Université Lyon III. His first professional steps led him to company advising with Andersen
Consulting. Then, he worked as a data bank specialist for Oracle Deutschland, where he
specialized in B2B market places as the senior adviser. The Italian fan and wine connoisseur
will apply his special knowledge to the expansion of the fashion-x-change-platform 2.0. In
addition, he supports the company in the new strategic considerations regarding the expansion
of the company to the service provider of various system integration solutions for the textile
industry. |
Dirk Machutt, 32

Recently owner and executive director of a Europe-wide textile company.
After business training in a leading textile company, Dirk Machutt had 10 years of professional
experience in various areas of the textile trade. During his freelance work, he studied for two
years at the Wirtschaftsakademie in Munich. At the end of 1999, he founded Bekleidungsboerse.de,
which was the cornerstone for the establishment of Fashion-X-Change AG in March of 2000. Dirk
Machutt is an enthusiastic mountain biker and mountain hiker. |

Isabell Hübner, 32

Has 12 years of extensive experience in the clothing industry. Isabell Hübner studied textile
and clothing technology at the FH-Niederrhein in Mönchengladbach. She graduated as a graduate
engineer for clothing technology with focus on manufacturing. Before her studies, she completed
a two-year training course as seamstress at Fink Modelle, Darmstadt. She worked for the companies
MÄRZ München and ARA Moden in management positions in the areas of product planning and control,
quality assurance, and purchasing for materials and thread. In addition to her passion for the
Munich museum nights, she is an enthusiastic athlete. |

Torsten Rehfus, 34

Has nine years of professional experience in the media. He was last employed as a
financial editor for "Euro am Sonntag" with focus on media. His previous professional
stations were "House of Promotion" (RTL), DSF, and Premiere World. There, he worked in production,
in various editing offices, and as a content developer for interactive television.
The Spanish-lover first completed training as a technical artist, followed by studies at
the sports college in Cologne. This was followed by further training as a communication and
advertising specialist. He lived for a while in Barcelona and loves
Spanish Tapas.
